A knight in a bar

::Frank Mason sat in bar in down town Manchester on Elm street and swished a glass on the bar. He hadn't had much of it yet. He adjusted the sword on his hip some which got more than a few odd looks but no one approached him about it. Most of the mortals in the bar gave him a wide breath.::

Adam is sitting with a few mortals in the corner booth. They're not drinking too much for the bar scene and seem very involved in the conversation. One of the men see's the sword and the rest stop to stare as their hands disappear from sight. Adam says a few words to calm them down and heads over to Frank.

He waves off the bartender as he takes a seat, "You know, guns are the norm around here. Easy to keep out of sight too."

"You want another?"

::Frank sees Adam and looks around the bar. He frowns some and waves the man off.::

"Fuck off hippy, not interested in your socialized health care or whatever you're pushing."

::Frank says.::

Adam sniffs his coat a little, then shrugs and nods with acceptance, "Trying to give you a bit of friendly advice here. This bar here doesn't want any trouble. My friends over there, they don't want any trouble. Their friends out back don't want any trouble either."

He wags his finger at Frank's sword, "Now, you're not planning on causing any trouble now, are you, sir? Maybe you want to let the barkeep hold onto that for you while you drink. You're drawing a lot of attention bringing something like that in here."

Sliding off the bar stool and heads back to his crowd.

::Frank sees the men that Adam are with and doesn't want to start a scene. Lord Lexington and Lord LaBlanc both were pissed at him and the last thing he needed right now was to cause them more greif. Frank put down a large bill, more than enough to cover his drink and headed towards the door.::

"Fucking hippy."

::He muttered under his breath as he headed out.::

Ashton rounded the corner, wiping a small dribble of blood from her chin and ran smack into what she could've sworn was a brick wall. She took a few stumbled steps back before catching her balance on the wall of the bar. When she saw who it was, she raised an eyebrow. "Oh. You again. It really is a small world isn't it?"

::Frank gives the woman a shallow bow in apologize but then shakes his head.::

"Big world, small city."

::He says with a hint of displeasure on his voice.::

"Have fun dealing with the hippies."

::Frank said and point a thumb back to Adam.::

She shrugged a bit.

"No matter."

She paused.

"What brings you out here?"

She wondered, looking him up and down.

"Drinking. But scum bag other there is getting me pissed."

::Frank said and motioned for the door.::

"I was on my way out."
