Xavier sits in the VIP lounge in the Blue Heaven Jazz club in Boston. This was a very high roller club and was extra exclusive. The owner of the club owned an insurance firm in Manchester that had a lot of money taken from it. In gratitude for returning the stolen money Xavier had been been put permanently to the free entry list, and was told that all his drinks were on the house for the next few months. The musician playing the saxophone was VERY good. Her music was a balm for Xavier's weariness. He had been doing the kindred equivalent of pulling a double shift recently, it was mentally taxing. Even the fact that Xavier seemed a bit under dressed with his $500 tux didn't break the spell her music. While ordering a bottle of Irish whiskey between songs he rests his back on comfortable seat back.
